Co-developed with Wuhan University of Technology and supported by Wuhan Municipal Innovation Fund, the KDJS-8A integrates advanced isolation, wireless data transmission, and intelligent control technologies. The system features a modular design—comprising a control console, test transformer, and water tank—and meets all national standards for accuracy, safety, and reliability in high-voltage insulation testing.

  • Dry-test method for boots using conductive steel beads—no water filling required; wet-test method for gloves with integrated water reservoir
  • Patented multi-channel high-voltage leakage current measurement with infrared/wireless transmission (≥10 m), ensuring complete isolation between operator and HV circuit
  • 7-inch TFT touchscreen display showing real-time voltage, current, timer, calendar, and test status for all 8 channels
  • Fully automatic test sequence: auto-ramp-up at standard rate → hold at set voltage → auto-timer → ramp-down to zero → power off
  • Individual channel disconnection: if any sample breaks down or exceeds leakage limit, only that channel is isolated—others continue uninterrupted
