The KDZGS-80kV/300mA is an integrated DC Hipot testing system engineered for the unique challenges of water-cooled generator testing. Based on the "Low-Voltage Shielding Method" principle, this device utilizes advanced PWM pulse width modulation technology and high-power IGBT components within a medium-frequency doubler circuit. The system features a compact two-part design consisting of a control cabinet and a doubler column, ensuring simple wiring and clear layout. With a robust 24kW output capacity, it is capable of handling the demanding dielectric withstand testing requirements of large-scale electrical apparatus in complex electromagnetic environments.

  • High-Power 24kW Output: Delivers a rated output of 80kV/300mA, providing sufficient power reserve to meet the DC withstand voltage requirements of large-capacity water-cooled generators and high-capacitance loads.
  • Dual-Mode Operation: Offers both Manual Mode for fine-tuning and fault location, and Automatic Mode with 1-6 stage voltage step programming. The automatic mode handles the entire process including ramping, holding, timing, and ramping down without supervision.
  • Real-Time Color Touch Display: Features a color touch screen that displays voltage, current, leakage current, time, and system status simultaneously. Measurements are shown in real-time without the need for manual conversion.
  • Simplified Two-Component Design: The kit consists only of a Power Supply Cabinet and a Voltage Doubler Column, minimizing on-site wiring complexity and reducing the risk of connection errors.
  • Robust Protection System: Equipped with comprehensive protection mechanisms including Over-Voltage Protection, Over-Current Protection, and Flashover Protection to ensure immediate shutdown and safety in case of anomalies.
  • Advanced EMI Suppression: Utilizes PWM technology, large-power IGBTs, specialized shielding, isolation techniques, and single-point grounding to ensure stable operation and high measurement accuracy in noisy industrial environments.
