KDSL-S500A three-phase large current generator is a high-precision and intelligent constant-current test equipment, with the maximum output current of 500A/phase, supporting three-phase simultaneous or split-phase output, and the current stabilization accuracy is ± 0.5%. PLC control and 10.1-inch touch screen operation are adopted, with full automatic and manual modes. The current and time can be set by one key, and the current and time can be automatically increased, stabilized, timed and returned to zero, greatly reducing the manual burden. The equipment conforms to GB 7251 series temperature rise test standards and is applicable to ex-factory inspection, type test and temperature rise test of circuit breaker, switch cabinet (such as GCK and MNS), protective relay and other low-voltage complete equipment. Built-in multiple protection, energy consumption measurement and data storage functions, support software upgrading and parallel connection with multiple units, widely used in power, manufacturing and detection fields, high efficiency, safety and reliability.

1) High-configuration industrial personal computer is built in, and programmable controller PLC is used as the central processor to perform real-time scanning of AC signals, realize comprehensive monitoring and closed-loop control, and design password setting management. Only personnel with corresponding operation authority can perform some functions.
2) Imported PC real color 10.1-inch large LCD touch screen operation, intelligent sensor supporting field bus technology is adopted to realize full digitalization of data transmission, touch color LCD screen is selected as the display operating unit, with full Chinese menu, clear and intuitive interface and simple and convenient operation. Program-controlled AC constant-current power supply can realize full intelligent correction and automatically generate multi-stage correction coefficient within the adjustable range of the equipment to ensure the current stabilization accuracy of the constant-current power supply.
