Profile:
The KDZD3540 mid cabinet wireless high voltage phase analyzer is specially designed and manufactured for phase detection in handcart type high voltage switchgear (mid cabinet). This instrument adopts non-contact nuclear phase technology to receive nuclear phase data outside the central cabinet, which can simultaneously complete phase judgment and phase sequence testing of A, B, and C three-phase lines, avoiding the risk of direct contact between operators and high-voltage electricity inside the cabinet.
Features:
Product features: KDZD3540 mid cabinet wireless phase analyzer
Non contact nuclear phase, safe and efficient
Specially designed for central cabinets, it can complete phase determination of A, B, and C phases on the outside without opening the cabinet door or directly contacting high-voltage charged bodies, effectively avoiding exposure of operators to high-voltage environments and significantly improving operational safety.
Three phase simultaneous nuclear phase, easy to operate
Supporting synchronous phase detection of three-phase lines, obtaining all phase information at once, significantly reducing detection time and improving work efficiency, especially suitable for complex on-site operations in power distribution systems.
Colorful large screen display with intuitive information
Equipped with a 3.5-inch color LCD display screen, it can simultaneously display key parameters such as phase angle, phase sequence, voltage level, and nuclear phase results of the three phases. The interface is clear, the readings are intuitive, and it is easy to make quick judgments.
Voice prompt function, intelligent reminder
Built in voice broadcasting system, real-time prompts for "X signal normal", "Y signal normal", "in-phase", "out of phase" and other statuses, enabling hands-free operation, reducing misjudgments, and improving on-site communication efficiency.
Wireless long-distance transmission, flexible and reliable
Adopting 433MHz/315MHz wireless communication technology, the nuclear phase distance can reach 20-30 meters, with stable signals and strong anti-interference ability, suitable for remote nuclear phase operations in various complex electromagnetic environments.
Data storage and upload function
Up to 200 sets of nuclear phase data can be stored, and data can be exported to a computer through a USB interface for easy report generation, archiving, and printing, meeting the traceability requirements of the power system for job records.
Low power design, long-lasting battery life
The host uses 6 No. 5 alkaline batteries, and the detector uses button batteries (LR44) with low power consumption; Equipped with automatic shutdown function (automatically shuts down after 10 minutes without signal), extending battery life.
Intelligent battery level reminder
When the host battery voltage is below 6V or the detector is low on power, the instrument will automatically prompt to replace the battery to ensure a stable and reliable measurement process and avoid data loss due to power failure.
High precision and high reliability
Phase accuracy ± 10 °, frequency accuracy ± 2Hz, in compliance with national and international standards (such as DL/T 971-2017, IEC61481-A2, IEC61243-1, etc.), ensuring accurate and reliable measurement results.
Durable and sturdy, with excellent ergonomic design
Adopting frosted shell, resistant to dirt and wear; Equipped with anti slip strap design, easy to hold or hang; The whole machine is lightweight (about 950g), easy to carry and operate on site.
broad applications
Suitable for high-voltage equipment such as central cabinets and handcart style switchgear with voltage levels ranging from 10kV to 35kV, it is an ideal tool for power system inspection, fault diagnosis, new line operation, and grid connection operations.
