Transformer no-load load and capacity analyzer is a high-precision instrument used for measuring characteristic parameters such as transformer capacity, no-load, and load. This instrument is a multifunctional measuring instrument, equivalent to two traditional testing instruments: transformer capacity tester and transformer characteristic parameter tester. It can accurately measure a series of power frequency parameters such as capacity, type, no-load current, no-load loss, short-circuit (load) loss, impedance voltage, etc. of various transformers.


The KDBR-IV transformer capacity and no-load tester has many advantages such as small size, light weight, high measurement accuracy, good stability, and simple operation. It can replace the traditional method of measuring transformer loss and capacity using multiple meters, with simpler wiring, easier testing and recording, greatly improving your work efficiency.

In the measurement of transformer characteristics, the maximum voltage range can reach 750V, the maximum current range can reach 100A, and there is an internal protection circuit. When measuring, there is no need to switch gears to ensure measurement accuracy, and there is no need to worry about burning out the instrument due to incorrect gear selection

It can automatically perform waveform distortion correction, temperature correction, voltage correction (no-load test under non rated voltage), and current correction (load test under non rated current conditions). The operator only needs to input the correction index instrument according to the transformer type to automatically calculate the corrected result, which is suitable for units that do not have slightly larger capacity transformer short-circuit test conditions.
14. Based on the no-load and load losses in the test results, the performance level of three-phase oil immersed distribution transformers and electrical transformers can be automatically estimated for on-site reference by staff. Users can print out the test data at any time through a micro printer.
15. All test results are automatically calibrated accordingly. The instrument can automatically perform various calibrations such as waveform correction, temperature correction, non rated voltage correction, non rated current correction, etc., to improve the accuracy of test results.
