The KD800H automatic insulating boots & gloves withstand voltage tester is developed per the national standard DL/T1476-2015, this automatic tester meets all national standard indicators. It performs intelligent withstand voltage tests on insulating shoes and gloves, with a 6-month test cycle, prohibiting breakdown and limiting leakage current to the standard value.

Features:

  1. The instrument can test 8 insulating boots or gloves simultaneously and measure the leakage current of each sample individually.
  2. A dry test method with small steel balls placed inside is adopted for insulating shoe tests, eliminating the traditional practice of filling shoes with water which is hard to dry after testing.
  3. The measured voltage and current are compared in real time with high and low voltage correspondence to ensure the accuracy of the measured values.
  4. High and low voltage are separated, and the leakage current is transmitted back to the control box via anti-interference wireless transmission technology, providing enhanced personal safety protection.
  5. Each test channel is equipped with an interrupt mechanism; if a sample breaks down or exceeds the set leakage current value, the channel will automatically disconnect from the test without affecting other samples.
  6. The instrument features a large-screen LCD with Chinese character display, which has a large information capacity and shows test voltage, 8-channel high-voltage leakage current, perpetual calendar, timing time and other parameters as well as Chinese prompt information on a single screen.
  7. A high-precision stepper motor is used to control the voltage regulator's boosting process for automatic withstand voltage testing. After the test starts, the instrument automatically closes the switch, boosts voltage at the rate required by national standards, starts timing when reaching the preset voltage, maintains the test voltage, automatically reduces voltage after timing ends, cuts off power automatically when returning to zero, prompts the end of the test, displays the leakage current of each sample simultaneously and saves the test results automatically.
  8. A special metal grounding tray is provided for insulating boot tests and a special container for insulating glove tests for easy operation.
  9. The transformation ratio of the test transformer can be set freely and matched with the customer's existing transformer.
  10. It is equipped with an overcurrent protection function.
