The KDQH-66 is a comprehensive SF6 gas recovery and purification system designed for professional use in power systems. Using a high-efficiency double-stage vacuum pump (60m³/h) and refrigeration liquefaction technology, it recovers SF6 gas into liquid form for storage, achieving a final recovery pressure of ≤53kPa. The built-in purification system removes moisture, oil, and particulates, ensuring recycled SF6 purity ≥99.9%.
