Profile:

KDZD3683 integrates eight testing functions: copper/aluminum material analysis, capacity measurement, no-load/load loss, DC resistance, turns ratio, and transformer code rating. It features a built-in rechargeable lithium battery (allowing for 200 tests per charge) and an internal three-phase sinusoidal power supply, eliminating the need for an external generator. It employs an advanced probability distribution model to calculate the copper/aluminum coefficient based on winding ratio, package size, and capacity data, enabling accurate material determination.

Features:

1. Integrated winding material analysis system employs non-destructive testing methods, establishing a probability distribution model based on ratio data and physical dimensions to calculate copper and aluminum coefficients for accurate material identification;
2. Built-in rechargeable lithium battery, equipped with a three-phase pure sine wave inverter power supply, featuring soft start/stop and overcurrent protection, enabling capacity measurement without an external power supply;
3. DC resistance testing, output current 0-12A, wide range (0.5mΩ-25kΩ), and supports automatic current selection based on load;
4. Load loss measurement, displaying three-phase voltage/current/power, calculating impedance voltage percentage and temperature-corrected load loss, and identifying core type;
5. No-load loss measurement, with waveform distortion correction and automatic voltage normalization, and displaying core type for oil-immersed/dry-type transformers;
6. Single-phase power supply supports three-phase transformer testing in the absence of a three-phase power supply;
7. Supports external voltage/current transformers, programmable ratios, and extended measurement range;
8. The turns ratio is measured via an auxiliary winding with an accuracy of ±0.2%;
