KDZD3683 Distribution Transformer Copper Aluminum Material Discrimination Tester (Transformer Material Analyzer) is a new generation multifunctional transformer comprehensive tester developed by our company, which integrates transformer winding copper aluminum material analysis and judgment, capacity measurement, no-load loss measurement, load loss measurement, DC resistance measurement, transformation ratio, turn ratio measurement, and transformer code level judgment.


The instrument comes with a high-performance rechargeable lithium battery, which can work without the need for an external power source. The battery can be fully charged once and can continuously measure 200 units; Internal digital synthesis of three-phase standard sine wave signals eliminates the need for external three-phase testing power supply, voltage regulator, current boosting and other auxiliary equipment when measuring transformer capacity and short-circuit losses, simplifying wiring;


The instrument integrates a high and low winding copper and aluminum material analysis and diagnosis system. By integrating the number of turns of the transformer winding and the data of the transformer itself, a probability distribution model that affects the material of the transformer coil is established, and the probability function for coil material analysis is determined. Based on the measured values such as transformer capacity, high and low voltage coil turns ratio, package height, and package thickness, the copper aluminum factor of the coil is calculated to accurately determine the material of the transformer coil.

 

Features:

1. Determination of winding material:
The instrument integrates a winding copper aluminum material analysis and diagnosis system, using non-destructive testing method. By integrating transformer ratio data and transformer body appearance data, a probability distribution model affecting transformer coil material is established. Based on transformer capacity, high and low voltage coil turns ratio, package height, package thickness and other measurement values, the copper aluminum parameters of the coil are calculated to accurately analyze and determine the copper and aluminum materials of the transformer winding.
2. Capacity measurement:
The instrument is equipped with a rechargeable lithium battery and a three-phase pure sine wave inverter power supply. The output voltage is automatically adjusted and has functions such as soft start, soft stop, overcurrent, and low-voltage protection. It can measure the capacity and determine the model of the distribution transformer without the need for an external power supply. At the same time, it displays the transformer impedance voltage and load loss converted to rated temperature and rated current.
3. DC resistance test:
The DC resistance measurement integrates small and medium-sized transformers and voltage transformers, using power technology with multiple current levels, wide measurement range, fast measurement speed, and the ability to automatically select current based on load, resulting in higher measurement accuracy.
4. Load loss measurement:
Display three-phase voltage, three-phase current, and three-phase power, automatically calculate the impedance voltage percentage of the transformer, convert it to the load loss at rated temperature and rated current, automatically determine the iron core model of oil immersed or dry-type distribution transformers, and have an alarm adaptive prompt function during the testing process, which is convenient for on-site users to use.
5. Measurement of no-load loss:
The instrument displays three-phase voltage, three-phase current, and three-phase power, automatically calculates the no-load current of the transformer converted to rated voltage and waveform distortion corrected no-load loss, and displays the model of the iron core of the oil immersed or dry-type distribution transformer.
6. Measurement of no-load and load losses of three-phase transformers using single-phase power supply:
Can be used to inspect single-phase defects in transformers or for situations where there is no three-phase power on site. The instrument can record data from three single-phase measurements and calculate the no-load current, no-load loss, impedance voltage, and load loss of the transformer based on different connection methods.
7. Within the allowed measurement range of the instrument, it can be directly measured. If it exceeds the measurement range, external voltage and current transformers can be connected.
