The KDZD-630/1140 explosion-proof electrical protection performance test bench is suitable for QBZ, BKZ, BKD, BGP and other series switches. The test bench has three-phase 100V, three-phase 600V, three-phase 1140V and three-phase 3300V test power supplies, and has leakage resistance adjustment function. The core part of the test bench's high current generator consists of three magnetic circuits. When the test current is small, one magnetic circuit is used for testing. When the test circuit resistance of the test object is large and the test current is large, multiple magnetic circuit combinations can be used for testing. The test current measurement of the test bench has three ranges of 500A, 2000A, and 6000A, with a minimum reading of 1A. The configured current transformer and digital meter have an accuracy of 0.5 level, and the protection time is automatically timed with a timing range. It has a wide measuring range of 1ms-999.999s and is equipped with automatic current stabilization function, which does not require manual adjustment.
