The KDHG-518B variable-frequency transformer comprehensive tester only requires simple digital Settings: setting the rated parameters of the transformer. The instrument will automatically record the entire process of data, and automatically calculate and display the ratio polarity, volt-ampere characteristic curve, etc., eliminating the cumbersome labor such as changing wires, manual voltage adjustment, manual recording, organization, and curve drawing.

On-site verification of current transformers does not require standard current transformers, current boosts, load boxes, voltage regulation control boxes, or high-current conductors. It uses simple test wiring and operations to achieve the verification of current transformers, reducing work intensity and improving work efficiency, and facilitating on-site verification of transformers. Fast, simple, accurate and convenient.

Functional characteristics
1.It not only meets the test requirements of excitation characteristics (i.e., volt-ampere characteristics), transformation ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance, secondary load, ratio difference and Angle difference of various CTS (such as protection type, metering type, TP type), but also can be used for the test of excitation characteristics, transformation ratio, polarity and secondary winding resistance of various PT electromagnetic units.

2. Automatically provide CT parameters such as inflection point voltage/current, 10%(5%) error curve, accuracy limit coefficient (ALF), instrument safety factor (FS), secondary time constant (Ts), residual magnetism coefficient (Kr), saturated and unsaturated inductance, etc.

3. The test complies with various transformer standards such as GB1208 (IEC60044-1), GB16847(IEC60044-6), and GB1207, and automatically selects the standard for testing based on the type and level of the transformer.

4. Based on the low-frequency testing principle, it can handle CT tests with inflection points as high as over 40KV.

5. The test is simple and convenient. With just one click, the CT direct resistance, excitation, transformation ratio and polarity tests can be completed. Moreover, except for the load test, all other tests of the CT adopt the same wiring method.

6. The interface is friendly and beautiful, with a full Chinese graphical interface. The panel is equipped with a built-in printer, allowing for the printing of curve graphs and test data at any time.

7. It is equipped with a large-capacity memory that can store 2000 sets of test data, and the data will not be lost in case of power failure.

8. It is equipped with Bluetooth function and can be connected to external devices via Bluetooth (optional).
