The sampling value of the current sensor is calculated by DSP. When the current value exceeds 1.1 times of the theoretical value, the output is quickly cut off to prevent the voltage divider or the ratio of the voltage divider is set incorrectly, which leads to the overvoltage of the test product.
 
 
Sample flashover discharge protection: with sample discharge or flashover protection function, when there is a high-voltage discharge flashover in the test or boost voltage, the entire device will be automatically cut off, and will not cause harm to the test equipment and personal injury, and the electronic components inside the inverter power supply will not damage the breakdown.
 
 
Power failure protection: with power failure protection function, a special protection function module is installed in the output end of the frequency conversion control power supply. When the input power suddenly fails during the test or boost process, the resonant feedback to the host energy is absorbed, and the output is quickly short-circuited, so that the energy of the resonant system is rapidly consumed; The special function module can still work for more than 10S after the power supply is suddenly disconnected, ensuring that the energy consumption process is completely completed. Automatic cutting of the entire device, and will not cause damage to the test equipment and personal injury, frequency conversion power supply internal electronic components will not damage breakdown.
