The commissioning and acceptance of the KDWJF-100kW Partial Discharge & Induced Voltage Withstand Test System has been successfully completed.
This system is designed for high-voltage electrical equipment testing and can fully meet the testing requirements of 110kV/200MW and below main transformers for induced voltage withstand and partial discharge tests. The low-voltage side is ≤35kV, no-load loss is ≤75kW, and the test frequency range is 100–300Hz.
In addition, the system supports AC withstand voltage testing for 110kV power transformers, with a test voltage up to 112kV.
The system can also perform AC withstand voltage testing for XLPE power cables up to 1.5km in length (110kV/1000mm²), with a test voltage of 128kV and a continuous withstand duration of 60 minutes.
During the commissioning process, the equipment operated stably with reliable performance, successfully completing all required testing items and technical acceptance standards.
As power systems continue to demand higher reliability and safety, high-voltage testing equipment must deliver greater precision, stability, and efficiency. The successful operation of the KDWJF-100kW system once again demonstrates our technical strength and practical experience in the field of high-voltage testing solutions.
We remain committed to providing professional, reliable, and efficient testing equipment and services for the power industry worldwide.
