KDJS-8A intelligent insulating gloves/boots withstand voltage test device is designed according to the national electrical safety tools test procedures, which can automatically test the withstand voltage and leakage current of 8 insulating gloves or insulating boots at the same time. It supports dry test (insulating boots) and wet test (insulating gloves) modes, and is equipped with automatic water injection, wireless current measurement, over-voltage and over-current protection and 7-inch touch screen for safe and efficient operation. It is applicable to power supply bureau, substation, maintenance center and other units to meet the requirements of semi-annual preventive test and ensure the personal safety of power operators.

The insulation support can be added to realize the test of safety equipment such as capacitive test pencil, insulation rod and nuclear phase device.
Equip a withstand voltage tester for insulating boots and gloves and test 8 insulating boots or insulating gloves at the same time to measure the leakage current respectively. Patented multi-channel high pressure leakage current measurement technology and infrared data communication technology are used to achieve the purpose of safe measurement of high pressure leakage current. Through the application of this technology, the tester is isolated from the high voltage system, which can not only accurately measure the multi-channel high voltage leakage current, but also ensure the personal safety of the tester.
The instrument adopts 7-inch TFT touch large screen LCD Chinese character display and high-speed thermal printer, with large amount of information displayed. One screen simultaneously displays 8 channels of high voltage leakage current, test voltage, current, timing time, perpetual calendar and other parameters and Chinese prompt contents.
The test bench has two working modes: dry test and wet test. The test bench is equipped with a fully automatic water injection device to facilitate the water injection operation of the test sample. During the dry test, the steel ball can be used as the high-voltage electrode of the insulating boot.
The full-automatic water injection device adopts the built-in water storage tank, which can be reused only by one-time water injection.
Carry out the withstand voltage test automatically. The instrument automatically switches on, boosts the voltage, counts the time, reduces the voltage to zero and cuts off the power.
It can measure test voltage, test transformer primary current and other parameters. The console is isolated from the high voltage system to ensure the safety of the test personnel. Each test piece has a high voltage segmentation mechanism. When any circuit breaks down, the test piece will be automatically separated from the high voltage, without affecting the test.

Fully automatic withstand voltage test. At the beginning of the test, the instrument automatically switches on and automatically boosts the voltage at the boosting speed required by the national standard. When the voltage rises to the predetermined voltage, it starts timing and maintains the test voltage. When the time reaches zero, it automatically reduces the voltage to zero and cuts off the power. At the same time, it displays the leakage current of each sample and automatically stores the test results.
Zero detection function is available, and the test can be carried out after the zero is confirmed, which is safe and reliable.
Insulating shoes test adopts the dry test method of placing small steel balls inside, which breaks away from the traditional method of pouring water into the shoes for test and is not easy to dry after the test. The insulating gloves test adopts the water injection test method. The self-contained water storage tank of the equipment can manually inject water into the gloves. The tester only needs to install the gloves according to the requirements to improve the working efficiency.
The high and low voltage shall be compared with each other in real time to ensure the accuracy of the measured voltage and current values.
The high and low voltage are separated, and the leakage current is transmitted back to the control box by the anti-interference wireless transmission technology to protect the personal safety.
Each test piece has a breaking mechanism. When one of the test pieces breaks down or exceeds the set leakage current value, the test piece will automatically separate from the test, without affecting the test of other test pieces.
Stepping motor with high fineness shall be adopted to control the boosting process of voltage regulator and carry out voltage withstand test automatically. When the test is started, the instrument automatically switches on and automatically boosts the voltage at the boosting speed required by the national standard. When the voltage reaches the preset value, the instrument starts timing and maintains the test voltage. When the voltage reaches zero, the instrument automatically cuts off the power to prompt the end of the test, displays the leakage current of each test piece and automatically stores the test results.
Insulating boots test shall be provided with special metal grounding tray, and insulating gloves test shall be provided with special container for easy operation.
Approximate voltage regulation algorithm: when reaching the set voltage, it will automatically withstand voltage for timing, and after timing, it will automatically reduce voltage and return to zero.
When the set high voltage current or low voltage current is exceeded, the voltage output is automatically cut off, the voltage is reduced and returned to zero, and an audible and visual alarm occurs.
At least 60 groups of test data and results can be saved, and the test data can be viewed at any time.
