The HYJL-Z100 Insulating oil Dielectric Loss tester is a high-precision integrated detection instrument designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T5654-2007 "Measurement of Relative Permittivity, Dielectric Loss Factor and DC Resistivity of Liquid Insulating Materials". It is mainly used for measuring the dielectric loss factor and DC resistivity of liquid insulating media such as insulating oil. It integrates main components such as dielectric loss oil cups, temperature controllers, temperature sensors, dielectric loss test Bridges, AC test power supplies, standard capacitors, high-resistance meters, and DC high-voltage sources internally. The measurement and control technology applied by this instrument can fully automatically complete the processes of temperature rise, temperature control, high-speed data sampling, calculation, display, printing and storage. The measurement principle and highly digital technology make your work easier and more convenient.
The instrument adopts all-digital technology inside, with all intelligent and automated measurements. It is equipped with a large-screen color touch screen, a fully Chinese menu, and Chinese prompts for each step. Test results can be printed out, and operators can use it proficiently without professional training.

2. The oil cup adopts a three-electrode structure that complies with the national standard GB/T5654-2007, with a distance of 2mm between the electrodes, which can eliminate the influence of stray capacitance and leakage on the dielectric loss test results.
3. The instrument adopts medium-frequency induction heating and PID temperature control algorithm. This heating method has the advantages of non-contact between the oil cup and the heating element, uniform heating, fast speed and convenient control, ensuring that the temperature is strictly controlled within the preset temperature error range.
4. DSP and FFT technologies are adopted to ensure stable, accurate and reliable data.
5. The internal standard capacitor is an SF6 gas-filled three-point capacitor. The dielectric loss and capacitance of this capacitor are not affected by environmental temperature, humidity, etc., ensuring the instrument's accuracy even after long-term use.

8. It is equipped with a real-time clock, allowing the test date and time to be saved, displayed and printed along with the test results. The equipment can display the ambient temperature and conduct real-time detection of the test environment.
9. It automatically stores measurement data and can store up to 100 sets of measurement data.
10. Empty electrode cup calibration function. Measure the capacitance and dielectric loss factor of the empty electrode cup to determine the cleaning and assembly status of the empty electrode cup. Calibration data is automatically saved to facilitate the precise calculation of relative permittivity and DC resistivity.
