KDJS-6A insulating boots and gloves withstand voltage test device is a dedicated equipment for batch testing of insulating boots and gloves. It integrates high-voltage power supply and control system, with simple operation, reliable performance and high testing efficiency, accurately identifying insulation performance parameters of protective gear.

Features:

  1. Equipped with 320×240 LCD display and high-speed thermal printer for intuitive display and quick data printing.
  2. 8-channel measurement for high-voltage, low-voltage current and 8-channel leakage current with high-precision sensors and 14-bit AD acquisition chips.
  3. Keyboard operation with man-machine interaction and intelligent workflow, supporting automatic and manual withstand voltage test modes.
  4. Real-time display of high voltage, low-voltage current, 8-channel leakage current, test time and results with clear visualization.
  5. Automatic saving of setting data, which is retained and displayed after power failure and restart.
  6. Over-voltage and over-current protection with configurable upper limits for output voltage, low-voltage current, leakage current and test time.
  7. Zero return detection function, ensuring the test can only start after zero return for high safety.
  8. Approaching voltage regulation algorithm, automatic timing after reaching set voltage and automatic voltage drop to zero after timing.
  9. Automatic voltage cut-off and zero return with sound and light alarm when exceeding set current or leakage current upper limits.
  10. Excellent hardware and software anti-interference design with multiple measures, adapting to harsh electromagnetic environments.
  11. Automatic fault diagnosis function for easy problem discovery and troubleshooting.
  12. Optional accessories including remote communication, door interlock alarm light/bell and external voltage divider calibration interface.
