Profile:
The KD600 series anti-interference CVT dielectric loss tester adopts variable frequency power supply technology, using single-chip microcontrollers and electronic technology for automatic frequency conversion, analog-to-digital conversion, and data operation. It adopts digital waveform analysis and built-in bridge self calibration technology, and can be used as a variable frequency voltage regulating power supply, step-up transformer, and SF6 high stability standard capacitor. The high-voltage source for testing is generated by the inverter inside the instrument and is used for testing the test sample after being stepped up by a transformer. The frequency can be changed to 50Hz, 47.5 Hz, 52.5 Hz, 45Hz, 55Hz, 60Hz, 57.5 Hz, 62.5Hz, 55Hz, and 65Hz. Digital notch technology avoids the interference of power frequency electric fields on testing and fundamentally solves the problem of accurate measurement under strong electric field interference. Realize high-precision dielectric loss measurement, with consistent accuracy and stability of positive/negative wiring; Support four channel positive connection method for dielectric loss.

The instrument is equipped with a high-end touch LCD display screen and a large touch operation interface (optional)
It has positive/reverse wiring, internal/external standard capacitors, multiple working modes of internal/external high voltage, and measurement functions for external applied voltage and external CN;
High measurement accuracy can meet the requirements of oil dielectric loss measurement, so only standard oil cups and dedicated testing lines are needed to achieve oil dielectric loss measurement;
Equipped with multiple protection measures such as input voltage fluctuation, high voltage current, output short circuit, power failure, overvoltage, overcurrent, temperature, and grounding detection;
The dielectric loss and capacitance of the sealed CVT (capacitive voltage transformer) C1 and C2 can be tested, achieving simultaneous testing of C1 and C2; CVT ratio and voltage angle difference;
Equipped with reverse wiring low-voltage shielding function, C11 can perform 10KV reverse wiring dielectric loss measurement without disconnecting the wire when the CVT bus is grounded;
Four protection limits can be set for high voltage/current and low voltage/current, with capacitance, resistance, and inductance testing functions, and four channels can be tested simultaneously;
Automatically identify the frequency of external high-voltage power supply from 40Hz to 70Hz, and allow the use of power frequency power supply or series resonant power supply for high-capacity high-voltage dielectric loss testing.
The instrument can accurately measure the dielectric loss and capacitance values of the CVT without removing the high voltage leads of the CVT;
The instrument can use reverse shielding method to measure the dielectric loss value and capacitance of CO at the upper end of CVT
Equipped with a thermal printer for printing output, calendar clock, and capable of storing 100 sets of measurement data;
Instrument data can be exported through a USB flash drive and viewed and managed on a PC using our company's dedicated software.
