The KDZD9309 handheld DC resistance tester is a testing item for detecting semi-finished and finished products in transformer manufacturing, factory testing, installation, handover testing, and preventive testing by the power department. It can effectively detect manufacturing defects such as material selection, welding, loose connection parts, missing strands, and broken wires of transformer coils, as well as hidden dangers after operation.

In order to meet the needs of measuring the DC resistance of transformers, our company has recently developed a tool based KDZD9309 handheld DC resistance tester using new power technology, which has the characteristics of small size, light weight, and high output current. The whole machine is controlled by a microcontroller, which automatically completes self checking, data processing, display and other functions. It also has functions such as automatic discharge and discharge sound alarm indication. The instrument has high measurement accuracy, easy operation, and can achieve rapid measurement of transformer DC resistance.
