The KDZD886 series battery charge and discharge tester is designed specifically for checking discharge tests, charging tests, remaining capacity tests, battery activation and repair, daily maintenance, and checking the carrying capacity of DC power supply for battery packs (12V, 24V, 48V, 110V, 220V, 380V, 480V). Based on the charging and discharging characteristics of lead-acid batteries and lithium batteries, this tester can monitor in real-time parameters such as battery voltage, current, charging and discharging duration, charging and discharging capacity, and battery pack activation cycle during the charging and discharging process. The instrument adopts an embedded operating system, supports wireless data transmission, and automatically completes the entire constant current and constant voltage charging and discharging process with one click activation. It can generate various intuitive curves, bar charts, reports, etc. that reflect the performance of battery packs, and can be enlarged, queried, and printed. It is possible to analyze battery performance, making battery maintenance and management easier and more scientific, thereby extending the service life of the battery pack. If used in conjunction with the wireless cell inspection module, it can effectively monitor the voltage of individual cells in the battery pack and promptly detect faulty batteries that have severely deteriorated performance and caused overcharging.

Testing can start with just one click, making testing simple and efficient. Historical data curve viewing: Built in data files can be queried in the form of charts and waveform curves, as well as displayed from multiple angles such as enlargement, reduction, left shift, and right shift of waveform charts.
