This tester is used for rapid batch testing of drum‑packaged shielded cables with cross‑sectional area 4–2500mm². It measures DC resistance and approximate length efficiently, providing reliable inspection for cable production, warehousing, and incoming quality control.

Profile:

The KD-212 integrates image recognition and multi‑electrical measurement. It accurately tests resistance, length, and temperature, supports temperature correction, and features high precision, strong anti-interference, and portable design for indoor and outdoor use.

Features:

  1. Supports rapid large‑scale testing of shielded drum cables with 4–2500mm² conductors.
  2. Consists of main unit and test clamps with resistance, length, temperature, and CPU modules.
  3. High-voltage sampling directly into A/D converter ensures higher measurement accuracy.
  4. Built-in overcurrent, overvoltage, and short‑circuit protection with excellent EMC performance.
  5. Portable structure for easy movement and convenient indoor and outdoor operation.
