KDGK-703S portable comprehensive calibrator (millivolt generator) is a set of explicit voltage, current, frequency standard signal source, Pt100 platinum resistance temperature analog standard signal source, digital voltage, current, frequency measurement functions in one of the high precision, high resolution, multi-purpose automatic instrument calibration instrument.

It has signal output and test functions, and can verify the following types of instruments: sensors, transmitters, regulators, recorders, intelligent flow integrators, electrical/gas actuators and other conventional industrial automation instruments with analog input and output. It can also be used to verify and tune A series of computer interface boards, such as resistance boards, A/D boards, D/A boards, etc. It can be widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, smelting, paper making, power generation, subway rail transit, instrument industry and scientific research departments.

Compared with similar instruments at home and abroad, it has the following four characteristics:
· Fully functional, it includes electrical signals of automatic instruments; High precision, small size, light weight, especially can be directly applied to the field, a variety of industrial process control automation instruments to implement on-site adjustment, maintenance.
· Three active milliamp signals can be output at the same time, which facilitates the calibration and maintenance of instruments requiring multiple input signals (such as intelligent flow integrators, elbow flowmeters, etc.).

Output function:
1, can be used as a two-wire transmitter 0 ~ 25.00v.DAC continuous adjustable working power supply, there is a 0 ~ 199.99mV.DC voltage signal, can be used as a variety of thermocouples analog output signal.
2. With two Pt100 thermal resistance simulators, it can output Pt100 platinum resistance of -50℃, -20℃, -3℃, -8℃, 0℃, 7℃, 11℃, 50℃, 100℃, 150℃, 160℃, 170℃, 190℃, 200℃, 250℃, 300℃ analog resistance signals. It can be used as the input signal of temperature transmitter (this function is newly added for some customers' requirements, and the indicator parameters are deviated for reference only).
3. There are three active current outputs: two from 0 to 22.00mA.DC, and one from 0 to 19.999mA.DC. It can be used as input or output signal of type II and III instruments, and can simulate type II and III transmitters during field calibration.
4. There is a frequency signal output of 10Hz ~ 1.9999kHz, which can be used as a secondary instrument input signal of vortex flowmeter and turbine flowmeter.
 
Measuring function:
1. Can measure 0 ~ 40V.DC voltage signal;
2. Can measure the voltage signal of 0 ~ 199.99mV.DC;
3. Can measure 0 ~ 100.00mA.DC current signal;
4. It can measure the TTL level frequency signal of 5Hz ~ 1.9999kHz and the frequency signal of vortex flowmeter and turbine flowmeter.

Note: The last three red keys in the bottom row of the instrument are pressed normally, so that the mA value of the last output current signal is always maintained. mA output needs to be with load or short circuit hook into the loop to have the output. That is, the output line black and red alligator clip together, and then press the corresponding knob to the required MA value.
