It handles excitation characteristics, ratio, polarity, and DC resistance testing for protection, metering, and TP-class CTs, as well as excitation characteristics, ratio, and polarity testing for protection-class PTs. With a single touch, it completes CT DC resistance, excitation, ratio, and polarity tests. Except for burden testing, all CT tests share the same wiring configuration, greatly simplifying on-site connections and operation. The device also automatically calculates key parameters such as knee point voltage, error curves, and remanence coefficient, and supports data storage with automatic WORD report generation for easy archiving and analysis.
In terms of accuracy, the KDHG-518B delivers ratio error within ±0.05% and phase error within ±2min, with a ratio range of 1 to 50,000, supporting 0.2S-class transformer measurement and meeting relevant national standards. Weighing under 9kg and housed in an aluminum alloy case, it is highly portable, with a sunlight-readable display that performs well in various field environments.
