The KDCJ-400kV lightning impulse test device meets the lightning impulse test requirements of distribution transformers, high-voltage switchgear, current transformers and electromagnetic voltage transformers. The nominal voltage is ±400kV. Rated voltage: ±100kV Level: 4 Rated energy: 30kJ The control section should be capable of real-time display of operating parameters, be able to set parameters such as the DC charging voltage, charging time, discharge ball distance, trigger mode and automatic polarity switching of the impact equipment, and monitor and measure its operation.
 
The KDCJ-400kV lightning impulse test device system is developed by Wuhan Kaidi Zhengda Company and is intelligently interconnected with the intelligent safety fence. The instrument and equipment are equipped with communication interfaces, network encryption and protocol conversion devices, and have the functions of direct collection of detection data, automatic transmission and data encryption. It can realize the encrypted upload of detection data to the detection gateway of the tenderer's detection center.

Structural type: The ball gap distance of the single ball interception wave is adjusted by the control console through an electric drive mechanism. Electrical connection with the control console enables remote control of the ball distance. Under the applied trigger voltage, the interception device does not move or refuse to move, and the out-of-synchronization rate control is less than 2%. The complete set of equipment can be pushed by hand and moved, with a voltage equalizing cover on the top.
 
Charging module of KDCJ-400kV lightning impulse test device
Wuhan Kaidi Zhengda Company adopts constant current charging devices.
The insulated cylinder oil-immersed charging transformer is adopted. The primary side voltage is 220V, the secondary side voltage is 50kV, and the rated capacity is 5kVA. The transformer is well sealed and there is no oil leakage.
Adopt a high-voltage rectifier silicon stack of 2DL-150kV/100mA;
The protective resistor is made by tightly winding enameled resistance wire around the insulating tube.
Adopt an asymmetric voltage-doubling charging method;
The DC resistance divider uses 100kV/200M/2W oil-immersed metal film resistance, the low-voltage arm resistance is installed in the bottom flange of the divider, the voltage signal on the low-voltage arm is introduced into the control console by shielded cable;
The automatic grounding switch adopts an electromagnet to open and close the grounding mechanism. When the test stops, it can automatically ground the main capacitor through the protective resistor.
The inductors and capacitors for constant current charging are installed in the control console, while the charging transformer, high-voltage rectifier silicon stack, protection resistor, automatic grounding switch and insulating pillar, etc. are installed on a mobile chassis.
