KD2671C insulation resistance tester is composed of medium and large-scale integrated circuits, this tester offers 4 voltage levels (1000V~10000V) with high output power and short-circuit current. Powered by rechargeable lithium battery or AC220V, it features clear LCD display and reliable performance for accurate insulation resistance measurement.
