KDBR-A type wire and cable conductor resistance material resistivity intelligent tester is mainly designed for measuring the DC resistance of wire and cable conductor, copper rod aluminum rod, copper bar aluminum bar and other conductor material volume resistivity. The tester can automatically measure the converted conductor resistance and convert it to 20℃ according to the ambient temperature, and automatically measure the volume resistivity and convert it to 20℃. When measuring the DC resistance of wire and cable conductor, it can automatically determine whether to combine the calculation of electrical performance cross-sectional area according to the standard requirements. Conductor resistance measurement conversion based on GB/T3048.4-2008, GB/T3956-2008(IEC6028:2004), volume resistivity measurement conversion based on GB3048.2-2007(IEC60468: 1974), GB/T5585.1.2-2018, GB/T3952-2008, GB/T3953-2009, GB/T3954-2008, GB/T3955-2009.
The tester can achieve a wide range of 0.0001uΩ--2.5MΩ, accuracy of ±0.05% resistance measurement, resistance measurement using four-terminal measurement method, twelve levels of correction, automatic switching of each gear. The system can achieve absolute accuracy of 0.2℃ temperature measurement. It also provides multistage programmed constant current source output from 0.001mA - 10A with stability better than ±0.05%, and voltage measurement with accuracy better than ±0.02% from 0-2.5V. The instrument can automatically zero, positive and negative measurement, effectively reduce the influence of external thermoelectric potential.
The instrument has automatic discharge protection function to prevent the static electricity of the tester and the test sample from damaging the instrument and equipment during wiring. The instrument has a calibration function, when the measuring accuracy of the instrument deteriorates, the standard resistance can be used for calibration. Temperature conversion can be converted according to the actual measured temperature, or according to the set temperature conversion. The instrument has an internal standard resistance temperature correction system to ensure the accuracy of the measurement at a wide ambient temperature.
The instrument can not only meet the requirements of measuring the resistance and resistivity of wire and cable conductor in laboratory, but also meet the requirements of online measuring the resistance and resistivity of wire and cable conductor in production site. The tester can automatically measure and convert the conductor's 20℃ km-ohm value according to the ambient temperature, and automatically measure and convert the 20℃ volume resistivity. Temperature conversion can be converted according to the actual measured temperature, or according to the set temperature conversion. The instrument host is embedded with the national standard GB/T3956(IEC60228:2004) and JB/T8734, which can automatically determine the converted conductor resistance according to the standard requirements, and calculate the electrical performance cross-sectional area.
The tester can also use computer software control, provide supporting computer control software, software provides common wire and cable standard database, can achieve automatic measurement, automatic conversion, automatic judgment results, automatic calculation of cable cross-sectional area. The software control can automatically generate 5 times of measurement results and average values at one time, and then automatically determine them in different times. The measurement results can be printed and saved. Host and computer communication using USB mode, plug and play. The computer cannot read the data saved by the host in the field measurement to generate reports for printing.
