The KDSZ-803D is a fully automatic acid number tester based on the neutralization method. Under constant temperature, a microprocessor automatically handles reagent dosing, stirring, titration, and endpoint detection. Operated via a large touchscreen LCD, it supports 1–3 parallel tests with an average analysis time of 2 minutes per sample. It stores up to 35 result sets and prints all relevant parameters, delivering efficient, reliable oil quality analysis.
