On the basis of KDJJC-G insulation oil dielectric strength tester, an improved and enhanced version has been launched. The new version of the insulation oil dielectric strength tester adds content such as standard and method selection, simplifies user operation, and facilitates the application of different usage conditions. Adopting single-chip microcomputer control, the electromechanical integration is fully automated, with high measurement accuracy, which improves work efficiency and reduces the labor intensity of workers.

1. The KDJJC-G insulation oil dielectric strength tester is an integrated structure that can continuously test oil samples of corresponding cup numbers according to different models. This instrument is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer and can automatically perform a series of operations including static discharge, pressure rise, stirring, average calculation, data display, data storage, and printing. It can also measure the temperature and humidity at that time. Oil withstand voltage cycling test can be conducted within the range of 0-100kV.

2. Adopting an 800 × 480 large screen color touch screen LCD display, with an internal backlight system that can be clearly seen even at night. Built in 13 testing standards, 6 testing methods, and custom parameters for testers to choose and set. Testers can choose the appropriate testing method according to their actual situation. Equipped with a thermal printer, the printing effect is good and the noise is low.
