The KDJJC-G is an upgraded, fully automatic insulating oil dielectric strength tester built for efficiency and ease of use. Controlled by a microcomputer, it automates static charging, voltage boosting, stirring, averaging, data display, storage, and printing—reducing labor and improving test efficiency. It features an 800×480 color touchscreen with backlight for clear visibility, 13 built-in test standards, and 10 selectable boost rates (0.5–5.0 kV/s). The adaptive design supports multi-cup testing, with strong anti-interference capability for strong electromagnetic environments. Over-voltage, over-current, and limit protections ensure operator safety, making it ideal for labs and field use with high sample volumes.
