The KDJJC-100kV is a fully automatic insulating oil dielectric strength tester designed for reliable power system testing. Controlled by a high-capacity single-chip microcomputer with a watchdog circuit to prevent crashes, it supports multiple test modes compliant with GB507, DL/429, IEC156, and custom operations. The one-piece cast oil cup eliminates leakage interference, while high-voltage end sampling design feeds test values directly to the A/D converter for improved accuracy. It offers 10 selectable boost rates (0.5–5.0 kV/s), adjustable test cycles, and overcurrent/overvoltage/short-circuit protection. The portable structure and large LCD display make it ideal for both lab and field use.
