The KDBS-305G is a fully automatic closed cup flash point tester designed for accurate and reliable testing of petroleum products and asphalt. It features an integrated structure with an ARM microcontroller, enabling automated heating, stirring, ignition, testing, data printing, and storage. The large 800×600 color touchscreen with bilingual Chinese-English interface ensures intuitive operation. Equipped with an atmospheric pressure detection module for result correction, it supports automatic test tube lifting, ignition, lid opening, detection, and air cooling. It stores up to 250 test records and offers optional wireless or RS232 connectivity for data exchange, delivering consistent results with high repeatability and reproducibility.
