The KDBR-N transformer capacity tester has the advantages of small size, simple operation, and easy use. It has upgraded its internal processor, data acquisition system, and national standard data, making the instrument more widely available and with higher testing accuracy.

The KDBR-N transformer capacity tester includes functions such as transformer capacity, transformer no-load loss, transformer load loss and its code level determination, and electrical parameter measurement. The instrument comes with a high-performance rechargeable battery inside, which can work without an external power source. A fully charged battery can continuously measure more than 200 transformers. In addition, the instrument can provide a three-phase precision 50Hz sine wave AC test power supply, which does not require external three-phase test power supply, voltage regulator, current regulator and other auxiliary equipment when measuring transformer capacity and transformer load loss, thereby improving work efficiency.

This product has many advantages such as small size, light weight, high measurement accuracy, good stability, and simple operation. It can replace the traditional method of measuring transformer loss and capacity using multiple meters, with simpler wiring, easier testing and recording, greatly improving your work efficiency.

In the measurement of transformer characteristics, the maximum voltage range can reach 1000V, the maximum current range can reach 100A, and there is an internal protection circuit. When measuring, there is no need to switch gears to ensure measurement accuracy, and there is no need to worry about burning out the instrument due to incorrect gear selection.
When testing the characteristics of transformers, the voltage and current ranges can be flexibly and easily expanded by simply connecting external voltage transformers and current transformers, which broadens the testing range of the instrument.
14. Based on the test results of no-load and load losses, the performance level of three-phase oil immersed distribution transformers and electrical transformers can be automatically estimated for on-site reference by staff.
