Profile:
The KDYD-YW salt spray corrosion testing machine is mainly used to test the corrosion resistance of products after surface treatment of various materials, including coatings, electroplating, inorganic and surfacing films, anodizing, anti-rust oil and other anti-corrosion treatments.
Features:
Inside the laboratory
Spray tower: The built-in glass nozzle is placed inside the spray pipe. The spray is guided by the tower pipe and then dispersed into the laboratory through a conical disperser.
Spray regulator: Adjust the size of the spray volume. When the spray volume is increased, it increases; when it is decreased, it decreases. The brine preheating tank is located at the bottom of the spray tower. The brine in this tank flows through the test reagent inlet. The water level in the preheating tank is controlled by a float ball and can be automatically controlled. There is a drainage port for cleaning at the bottom of the tank, which is controlled by a silicone plug.
Collector: The amount of mist sprayed from the nozzle falls freely into an 80cm² funnel cup and then flows through the conduit to the metering cup.
Storage rack: This rack is made of plastic steel, so the weight of the concentration point is limited to no more than 2 kilograms. If placed separately, it can still bear a weight of up to 10 kilograms.
Heating water tank: The one equipped with a U-shaped heating tube is the laboratory heating water tank, which is used to fill water and heat up to maintain a stable temperature in the laboratory. Its functions are heating and heat preservation.
Metering bucket: Collects the spray volume of each test.
Water seal tank: A 5-cm-wide water tank around the transparent acrylic cover, filled with water for sealing to prevent salt spray from leaking out.
Saturated air tank: Placed inside the control box, its function is to heat the air through this tank. Humidify to make the air reach saturated humidity and then spray it through the nozzle.
Test inlet: Automatically replenish the brine in the brine preheating tank.
Test cover: Roof-type 100-degree beveled transparent cover, used to cover the top of the laboratory and integrate as one.
Pressure regulating valve: This valve is used to adjust the spray pressure. It can only be adjusted when the spray switch is turned on and the machine is operating normally (laboratory conditions: 1Kg/cm²).
Pressure gauge: The pressure indicated by the pointer of this gauge is the pressure reached when the air is heated through the saturated air tank and then transmitted to the nozzle. (Test condition: 1Kg/cm²).
Exhaust pipe: The diameter of the exhaust pipe is 48MM. The salt spray from the laboratory is discharged through this hole. When conducting experiments, it is best to connect a flexible hose to lead the salt spray outdoors. Under no circumstances should it be blocked or have water accumulation.
Laboratory drain valve: Red ball valve with 4-inch PVC water pipe. When the water in the laboratory is dirty and needs to be replaced, open this valve.
Laboratory temperature controller: It is used to control the temperature of the laboratory, set according to the standard temperature, and keep the laboratory temperature at 35℃.
Saturated air tank temperature controller: It is for controlling the temperature of the saturated air tank. Additionally, there is a safety protection device. The temperature safety set value is 5℃ higher than the actual temperature.(Located inside the control box).
Timer: Adjustable 0.1-999hr, allowing for the setting of the required test time. It will automatically shut down at the end.
Salt spray test: The temperature controller in the laboratory is set at 35℃, and the temperature controller in the pressure tank is set at 47℃(40℃-50℃).
Corrosion resistance test: The temperature controller in the laboratory is set at 50℃, and the temperature controller of the pressure tank is set at 65℃(60-70℃).
Power switch: Light-lifting type, controlling the main power supply of the entire machine.
Operating switch: Light-lifting plate type, controlling the heating system of the laboratory heating tank and saturated air bucket.
Timer switch: Light-lifting type, controls the power supply of the time controller.
Low water level light in the laboratory: When the water level in the laboratory is low, this light will be on and the operating system will be cut off, reminding us to add water to the laboratory.
Low water level light in the saturated tank: When the water level in the saturated tank is low, this light will be on and the operating system will be cut off, reminding us to add water to the pressure tank.
Parameter:
1. Power supply: 220V single-phase 10A.
2. The machine should be placed about 50cm behind the wall, with maintenance space left on both sides.
3. Before the main power line of the machine is 2.5mm², please install an additional fuseless switch or knife switch (about 10A).
4. The drainage pipe can be discharged with PVC hard pipe or flexible pipe. It should be noted that the pipe should be downward.
5. The exhaust pipe should be made of PVC hard pipe or flexible pipe, extending to the outside for discharge. Attention should be paid to the installation of the exhaust pipe, which can be parallel upwards or downwards from the machine.
6. Please avoid direct sunlight when installing the machine to prevent it from affecting the testing conditions.
7. The installation location of the machine should be kept as far away as possible from other electrical equipment or flammable items to avoid danger.
8. This machine is made of PVC plastic. Please do not strike it forcefully to avoid cracking. The operating temperature should not exceed the test standard range to prevent deformation due to overheating.
