The KD5000F water-cooled generator insulation resistance tester is specifically designed for insulation measurement testing of water-cooled generators, and can also be used for insulation testing of other materials in laboratories or on site, with an output current greater than 40mA. The maximum output voltage is 5000V, and the insulation resistance can be measured up to 100G Ω. Contains high-precision microcurrent measurement system and digital boost system. Simply connect the test sample with a high-voltage wire and a signal wire to measure. The measurement is performed automatically, and the results are displayed on a large LCD screen and stored. No compensation adjustment is required for water polarization potential. The resistance between the machine base and the water collection pipe can be as small as 3k Ω to ensure measurement accuracy. When the water resistance is greater than 80k Ω, the testing accuracy can be guaranteed. And automatically calculate the absorption ratio (R60S/R15S) and polarization index (R10min/R1min), automatically store the insulation resistance values for 15 seconds, 1 minute, and 10 minutes. It can also be used for insulation resistance testing of transformers and other power equipment.
