The KD-5000F water-cooled generator insulation resistance tester is specialized for insulation resistance testing of water-inner-cooled generators. Also suitable for laboratory and on-site insulation tests of other materials/electrical equipment (e.g., transformers), ideal for ultra-high voltage substation on-site operations with strong anti-interference ability.

Profile:

A dedicated tester with max 5000V DC output and ＞40mA current, measuring insulation resistance up to 100GΩ. Features automatic calculation of absorption ratio/polarization index, data storage, and automatic discharge, with a user-friendly Chinese interface.

Features:

  1. 32-bit MCU control, Chinese operation interface for easy operation, suitable for on-site use.
  2. Automatically calculates absorption ratio (R60S/R15S) and polarization index (R10min/R1min), storing data at 15s, 1min, 2min, 10min for analysis.
  3. No need to compensate for water polarization potential; ensures accuracy even when the resistance between frame and header is as low as 3kΩ or water resistance ＞80kΩ.
  4. Built-in high-precision microcurrent measurement and digital boosting systems, with enclosed high-voltage module and internal protection resistor for safety.
  5. Strong anti-interference ability, meeting on-site operation requirements of ultra-high voltage substations.
  6. Automatic discharge after testing with real-time discharge process monitoring, ensuring operational safety.
