The KD200 series intelligent dual display insulation resistance tester produced by Wuhan Kaidi Zhengda Electric Co., Ltd. adopts an embedded industrial microcontroller real-time operating system. The thin wire head is well combined with a graphic dot matrix LCD display. The KD200 series meter has multiple voltage output levels (500V, 1000V, 2500V, 5000V), large capacity, strong anti-interference, pointer and digital synchronous display, AC/DC dual-use, simple operation, automatic calculation of various insulation indicators (absorption ratio, polarization index), and various measurement results with anti power drop function. It is a testing instrument used to measure the insulation resistance of large capacity transformers, transformers, generators, high-voltage motors, power capacitors, power cables, lightning arresters, and other devices.
Features:
1. There are multiple voltage output options available, including KD2200 (2500V/5000V) and KD210 (500V, 1000V, 2500V, 5000V). The measured resistance range can reach 0-200G Ω, and the resistance range can be automatically converted with corresponding indications.
2. Two ways to synchronously display insulation resistance. The mechanical pointer adopts a thin wire structure with strong seismic resistance. The use of mechanical pointers can easily observe the range of changes in insulation resistance, while the use of dot matrix LCD screens can guide users in operating the instrument and accurately obtain measurement results.
3. The mechanical meter head and LCD screen are combined into one. Dual scale display, automatic range conversion. The colored scale is easy to read and has LED display for corresponding colors.
4. Adopting embedded industrial microcontrollers and real-time operating software systems. High degree of automation and strong anti-interference ability, the instrument can automatically calculate absorption ratio and polarization index without manual intervention.
5. The user interface is user-friendly, and various measurement results have anti power failure function, which can store measurement results continuously for 20 times.
