It integrates main components such as dielectric loss oil cups, temperature controllers, temperature sensors, dielectric loss test Bridges, AC test power supplies, standard capacitors, high-resistance meters, and DC high-voltage sources internally. Among them, the heating part adopts high-frequency induction heating method. This heating method has the advantages of non-contact between the oil cup and the heating body, uniform heating, fast speed and convenient control. The AC test power supply adopts the AC-DC-AC conversion mode, effectively avoiding the influence of fluctuations in mains voltage and frequency on the accuracy of dielectric loss testing. Even if the generator is generating electricity, this instrument can still operate correctly. The internal standard capacitor is an SF6 gas-filled three-pole capacitor. The dielectric loss and capacitance of this capacitor are not affected by environmental temperature, humidity, etc., ensuring consistent accuracy of the instrument even after long-term use.
