The KDJJC-6A is a 6-cup automatic insulating oil dielectric strength tester designed for high-efficiency power system testing. It uses a high-capacity single-chip microcomputer with a watchdog circuit to ensure stable operation and prevent crashes. The 6-cup design allows parallel testing, significantly improving work efficiency. Each oil cup is made of special glass to avoid leakage and interference, while high-voltage end sampling design directly feeds test values to the A/D converter, eliminating analog circuit errors for more accurate results. It offers 4 selectable boost rates (2.0–3.5 kV/s) and a maximum output voltage of 80 kV, with overcurrent, overvoltage, and short-circuit protection, strong anti-interference capability, and a portable structure for easy indoor/outdoor use.
