The KDZD400 series portable composite gas detector is used for rapid detection of various gas concentrations, temperature and humidity measurements, and alarm for exceeding standards.


KDZD400 adopts a 2.31-inch high-definition color screen for real-time display, and uses imported brand gas sensors. The main detection principles include electrochemistry, infrared, catalytic combustion, thermal conductivity, PID photoionization, etc.


KDZD400 can detect gas concentration in pipelines, confined spaces, and atmospheric environments. It can detect gas leaks or high concentration single gas purity with various background gases such as nitrogen or oxygen. It can detect more than 500 types of gases.

Features:

1. Can simultaneously detect 1-4 gases, with freely switchable units (conventional gases do not require input molecular weight, special gases input molecular weight automatically calculated and switched). Units available: PPM mg/m3、Vol%、LEL%、PPHM、ppb、mg/L。

2. Built in pump suction measurement, integrated water vapor and dust filters, fast response, and support for long distances. Sampling with built-in water vapor and dust filters to prevent sensor and instrument damage caused by water vapor and dust, suitable for high humidity and high dust environments; Sampling distance greater than 10 meters, special gas path design, can be directly detected; Gas with negative or positive pressure ranging from 0.5 to 2 kilograms has no effect on the measurement results.

5. High temperature gas detection (optional): Optional high temperature sampling and cooling filter handle or high temperature and high humidity pretreatment system can detect flue gas at a temperature of 400 degrees. Gas detection at higher temperatures can be customized.

6. Three display modes can be switched: simultaneous display of four gas concentrations, large font cyclic display of single channel gas concentration, and real-time curve. The automatic or manual cycle between each channel can be switched, and it is possible to set whether to display the maximum value, minimum value, gas name, and view the historical record curve graph.
