Profile:

The KDJS-6 is a dedicated batch test device for insulating boots, gloves and rods, solving irregular testing problems with multi-channel high-voltage leakage measurement. It supports 6 simultaneous tests, automatic operation and safe isolation, meeting the half-yearly test requirements of power safety regulations.

  2. 6 test barrels for 6 boots/gloves and 8-12 insulating rod sections (matching with optional test stand) simultaneously
  3. Equipped with LCD display and high-speed thermal printer for intuitive display and on-site result printing
  4. 4-channel measurement of HV/LV voltage and current with high-precision sensors and 14-bit AD acquisition chips
  5. Full-key human-machine interaction with optional automatic and manual intelligent working modes
  6. Real-time display of HV/LV voltage, current, test time and results for intuitive data reading
  7. Complete over-voltage and over-current protection with settable upper limits and timing time
  8. Zero return detection function for safe test startup only after confirmed zero return
  9. Built-in insulation resistance test function to directly reflect the insulation strength of tested samples
  10. Approaching voltage regulation algorithm with automatic pressure holding, timing, step-down and zero return
  11. Automatic voltage cut-off, step-down, zero return and sound-light alarm when exceeding current limits
  12. Soft chain high-voltage electrode with adjustable height for adaptive testing of different samples
  13. Displays and prints voltage and leakage current values of each tested sample for complete data recording
