Profile:
The KDWS-28 precision mirror dew point meter (moisture meter) measures the actual dew point directly and accurately based on the cold mirror principle, avoiding errors caused by inertia and hysteresis. The system is stable and does not require recalibration. The probe consists of a four stage cold pump and a mirror surface located on the cold side of the four stage cold pump, with the PT100 temperature sensor embedded in the mirror surface; The heat generated by the four stage cold pump is dissipated through the heat sink and fan.
The optical system composed of light-emitting tubes and receiving tubes monitors the condensation state, and the central processing unit (CPU) controls the cooling current by detecting the light signal, thereby controlling the condensation state on the mirror surface. The temperature signal measured by the PT100 temperature sensor is processed by the CPU and displayed. Precise monitoring of gas flow rate, pressure, and temperature makes dew point measurement results more accurate and realistic.
