The KDXJ-10 SF6 gas concentration online monitoring and alarm system adopts the principle of sound velocity, which can measure SF6 concentration in real time and quantitatively. Even when the SF6 concentration is at 50ppm, it can effectively detect it. Not only can it achieve the goal of ensuring personal safety, but it can also ensure the normal operation of equipment.

The KDXJ-10 SF6 gas concentration online monitoring and alarm system can monitor up to 32 monitoring points in the environment, and can also use multiple main control units for network control and communication with the power station automation system. Effective monitoring of indoor SF6 concentration and O2 concentration greatly improves the safety of unmanned substation operation, especially providing reliable protection for the personal safety of daily inspection and maintenance personnel.

1. System host

The host of KDXJ-10 SF6 gas concentration online monitoring and alarm system receives the data transmitted by the collector, synchronously displays it, analyzes and processes it, and makes a judgment after comparing it with fixed standard parameters. At the same time, the host can communicate with the upper PC, receive control commands from the PC, or upload data to the PC for telemetry, remote control, and storage. When the collected data exceeds the set limit, the host automatically runs various control programs and starts peripheral devices to work, including sound and light, voice alarm, ventilation, etc. In addition, the host can measure the temperature and humidity of the environment on its own in order to compensate and correct relevant data.
