Profile:

This tester supports multiple cable fault test methods with easy operation. It features switchable pulse capacitance, three high-voltage output modes and fault conversion function, with high safety protection and accurate fault testing performance.

Features:

  1. Tests all faults of 380V-220kV Cu/Al power cables, coaxial and municipal communication cables, with cable route identification function.
  2. Supports low-voltage pulse, impulse flashover, triple/multiple pulse and velocity measurement methods with high-voltage equipment.
  3. Chinese operating software and interface with submenus and text prompts for human-computer interaction.
  4. Serves as high-voltage pulse power for acoustic-magnetic synchronous and step voltage fault locators.
  5. Modular pulse capacitance with switchable capacity for diverse testing needs.
  6. Three HV output modes: DC, single discharge and periodic discharge, with built-in relay-controlled discharge device.
  7. Periodic discharge interval adjustable via time relay on the operation panel for flexible testing.
  8. Fault conversion function converts high-resistance faults to low-resistance ones and raises metallic ground fault resistance for easy testing.
  9. Single coaxial HV test line simplifies wiring, reduces detection difficulty and improves efficiency & success rate.
  10. Ground resistance detection and protection function; HV output disabled if grounding is poor, emergency stop for abnormal conditions.
  11. Synchronous global and local waveform display for comprehensive analysis and detailed adjustment.
  12. High-resistance faults show simple short-circuit waveform features of low-voltage pulse method for easy interpretation.
  13. Collects 8 real waveforms simultaneously in multiple pulse mode to reduce error and improve precision.
