Used for measuring the rotor AC impedance and characteristic curves of various synchronous generators under dynamic and static conditions in most capacity generator sets. It is a specialized instrument for determining whether there is a turn to turn short circuit in the rotor winding of a generator. It can automatically or manually (unidirectionally or bidirectionally) measure parameters such as voltage, current, impedance, power, phase angle, etc. of the rotor winding.
