Profile:

The design of the KDZD-S18 water pump comprehensive performance testing system adopts a single pipeline, which can detect various types of water pumps through variable diameter flanges. The system is controlled by a computer. After the installation and wiring of the tested water pump are completed, the voltage output button of the test bench is pressed to start the water pump working. By adjusting the opening of the electric ball valve, the automatic detection of the water pump's voltage, current, power, flow rate, speed, and pressure can be tested. The detection data display and pressure can also be visually observed. It has the advantages of fast testing speed, high accuracy, convenient use, and good reliability.

The system indicators comply with GB/T3216-89 "Test Methods for Centrifugal Pumps, Mixed Flow Pumps, Axial Flow Pumps, and Vortex Pumps" and GB/T12785-91 "Test Methods for Submersible Electric Pumps".
The testing system consists of flow and speed tester, pressure and head tester, single/three-phase electrical parameter measuring instrument, live winding temperature rise tester, LWGY turbine flow sensor, pressure transmitter, pressure gauge, etc.
