Profile:
KD2684S turns withstand voltage tester adopts pulse waveform comparison method to simulate the equivalent overvoltage of the coil windings of motors and electrical appliances with high voltage pulses. Through the observation, comparison and analysis of the display waveform of the instrument, the insulation between turns of the winding can be measured quickly and correctly. It has good identification performance for inter-turn insulation faults such as inter-turn short circuit, coil corona discharge, local short circuit, wiring error and coil balance.
Features:
KD2684S interturn voltage tester is based on the above principle, using the "pulse waveform comparison method" to test the impedance symmetry and balance. After the pulse voltage with a certain wave front time and a specified peak value are alternately applied to the subject and the reference product, the difference of attenuation waveform caused by the pulse voltage in the two is used to distinguish the insulation fault between turns of the motor winding. The degree of difference reflects the severity of the fault between turns of the coil winding. Because the applied high voltage pulse front time is short and the energy is small, it is considered as a non-destructive test.
