Profile:

The KDGK-VI high-voltage switch running in test system is designed for the running in test of circuit breakers (high-voltage switches) and contactors (only closing coils). The system adopts an industrial computer, Windows 10 software, 500GB hard drive, 15 inch touch screen, equipped with mouse and keyboard operation, user-friendly interface design, intuitive parameter settings, and easy operation. Modular integrated design, capable of accommodating up to 6 units (expandable up to 8 units), allowing each unit to operate independently without the need for an upper computer.
 
Adopting a newly developed switching power supply, it is lightweight, imported high-power IGBT control, fast high and low voltage conversion response, precise voltage output, and improved work efficiency. Overcoming the shortcomings of using time relays for break in, poor control ability, and easy burning of opening and closing coils in the past, effectively protecting the integrity of high-voltage switches, and overcoming the problems of bulky power frequency regulators, slow voltage regulation at different voltage outputs, large voltage errors, and insufficient power to close and open at low voltages.

Features:

1. Operation function: It can perform aging tests such as single separation, single combination, combined separation, combined separation, and combined separation according to preset parameters. 
2. It has a memory function. When the switch has not reached the set number of aging cycles or is interrupted due to unexpected power outages or other faults, the next test can choose to continue the test at the previous breakpoint position, or choose to retest (reset to zero).
3. The interval between opening and closing can be set, with a setting range of 1-999 seconds.
4. The output time between opening and closing can be set, with a setting range of 10-1000 milliseconds.
5. Each workstation has an independent power supply and can be set to three different voltages for simultaneous closing, opening, and energy storage running in (low voltage aging).
6. Refusal to close, refusal to open sound alarm, stop action, can be set to allow error times before stopping.
