KDZR-10A Transformer DC Resistance Tester (hereinafter referred to as DC Resistance Tester) is a new generation product for measuring the DC resistance of transformers. It is optimized for measuring the DC resistance of three-phase windings of large capacity transformers. Simultaneously test the DC resistance of the three-phase winding of the transformer. Adopting a dual power supply structure, the YN winding of the transformer with tap connections is connected to achieve simultaneous three-phase power supply. The measurement system adopts independent three channel current sampling and independent three channel voltage sampling, while measuring and displaying the three-phase resistance value and three-phase unbalance rate. For on load tap changers, there is no need to discharge and the tap changer can be directly adjusted, greatly reducing the working time and solving the problem of long DC resistance testing time for each tap winding of power transformers. The measurement time is one-third of traditional single-phase measurement. The direct resistance meter adopts a large screen LCD display with a graphical interface that is clear and intuitive, and the operation is very simple. And equipped with a panel printer and large capacity non-volatile memory, it can conveniently store and print measurement results. The test data is stable, fast, and has good repeatability, making it a good choice for on-site measurement of transformer DC resistance.
