The main structure of the JP cabinet mechanical collision test bench is as follows:
1. Mainly composed of: 1. Rack, 2. Sample fixing platform, 3. Hammer head, 4. Hammer head lifting mechanism, 5. Hammer head limit and release mechanism (impact height), etc.
2. Rack: The rack is welded together from profiles and steel plates, ensuring the required rigidity of the rack according to standards and facilitating movement and installation.
3. Sample fixing platform: The entire sample fixing platform has the characteristics of high rigidity, easy sample installation, and flexible and diverse sample installation.
4. Hammer head: meets the standard requirements of GB/T 2423.55 Test eh: Hammer test, and different hammer components can be replaced according to the requirements of different impact energies.
