The main structure of the JP cabinet mechanical collision test bench is as follows:

2. Rack: The rack is welded together from profiles and steel plates, ensuring the required rigidity of the rack according to standards and facilitating movement and installation.
3. Sample fixing platform: The entire sample fixing platform has the characteristics of high rigidity, easy sample installation, and flexible and diverse sample installation.
4. Hammer head: meets the standard requirements of GB/T 2423.55 Test eh: Hammer test, and different hammer components can be replaced according to the requirements of different impact energies.
5. Hammer head lifting mechanism: Different sizes of samples have different hammer points, and the test bench determines the position of the hammer point through the hammer head lifting mechanism.
6. Hammer head limit and release mechanism: The impact height is determined by the limit mechanism, and the hammer head is locked behind the limit mechanism.
