Profile:
The KDGK-JD high-voltage switch characteristic tester calibration device can generate high-precision and wide range timing signals, and can simulate the action of high-voltage circuit breakers. It can be used to detect and verify the time reference of high-voltage switch characteristic testers, as well as to measure and calibrate the time measurement function of high-voltage switch testers.
Working principle:
The circuit of the time verification device is divided into: trigger circuit, high-speed pre-set counter circuit, high-precision crystal oscillation circuit, microcontroller control circuit, and output control circuit.
Features:
Strong real-time performance, the device strives to achieve real-time triggering, real-time counting, and real-time output. In order to achieve real-time, a constant current trigger is used in the triggering stage, and a high-speed programmable logic circuit is used in the counting stage to form a synchronous counter, ensuring that the counting output is synchronized with the reference pulse. The output circuit is simulated using transistors.
Adopting high-precision low-temperature drift quartz crystal oscillator to ensure the accuracy and stability of the reference pulse.
Parameter:
This device has 12 contact outputs and can simulate 12 high-voltage circuit breaker contacts simultaneously.
The closing or opening time of the high-voltage switch tester can be set within the range of 1-9999.999mS.
Resolution: 1uS.
Accuracy: 0.001% reading ± 5uS and 0.001% reading ± 10uS (two options available).
