The KDZD-4000 vacuum pump unit is used for vacuuming in industries such as vacuum smelting, vacuum coating, welding, drying, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, and power vacuum devices. The working pressure of this unit is 133 Pa-5Pa, and the maximum vacuum that can be achieved is ≤ 5Pa. It has the characteristics of fast start-up, high pumping speed, stable performance, and easy operation.

The KDZD-4000 vacuum pump unit meets the requirements of the national power installation (repair, testing) power facility license for construction machinery and equipment. The repair category requires one vacuum pump with a capacity of ≥ 4000 m3/h. The second level of construction equipment required for the installation (repair, testing) of power facilities license: one vacuum pump with a capacity of ≥ 4000 m3/h is required.

Features:


1. This machine is a vacuum pumping unit composed of a Roots pump as the main pump and a vacuum pump in series as the front stage pump.

2. The vacuum pump is equipped with a set of check valves. When there is a sudden power outage, the check valves will automatically close to ensure that the vacuum oil in the vacuum pump does not flow back and to prevent the vacuum system from being contaminated by vacuum oil. An electronic vacuum gauge (digital display) is installed at the inlet of this unit to accurately observe and control the vacuum level of the container being pumped.

3. An oil level alarm and needle valve are installed at the exhaust port of this unit to prevent excess oil from overflowing and damaging the vacuum.

4.There is a manual butterfly valve installed between the Roots pump and the vacuum pump. When only one vacuum pump is needed under working conditions, the inlet of one of the vacuum pumps can be closed through the manual butterfly valve.

5. A gas-liquid separation system has been added to the exhaust port of this unit, which can aggregate the total water vapor of the gas into small water droplets. When a certain liquid level is reached, the photoelectric liquid level switch outputs a signal to open the drainage valve and release water. Improved the pumping rate of the vacuum system while preventing moisture from entering the vacuum pump and emulsifying the vacuum pump oil.
