The KDZD-MOA zinc oxide valve plate aging test device (also known as multi-channel zinc oxide resistor plate aging test system, multi-channel zinc oxide resistor plate aging test system, automatic zinc oxide valve plate aging test device, ZnO valve plate aging test device, zinc oxide resistor plate aging test device) is mainly used for accelerated aging test of zinc oxide valve plates (varistors), consisting of a control cabinet and a constant temperature box. Three sets of test power supplies can be independently controlled, and three sets of valve plate aging tests with different charge rates can be conducted simultaneously. Accurate temperature and voltage control, digital display, intuitive and clear. The experimental data can be stored and printed in real-time. Equipped with overcurrent and overtemperature protection, it is safe, reliable, and has stable performance.

The KDZD-MOA zinc oxide valve aging test device adopts a multi-channel metal oxide varistor (MOV) aging test system composed of digital I/O interface, acquisition card, and computer. The system has a user-friendly interface that allows for the setting of resistor numbers and data sampling intervals. Through visual VB programming software, it calculates full current, resistive current, capacitive current, and power consumption, and displays test data, full current and resistive current waveforms, and dynamic power consumption curves online.

Features:

The product core of the aging test device for zinc oxide valve plates is a single-phase core type, which is made of high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets stacked together and fastened using steel as clamps. The high-voltage coil is a cylindrical multi-layer tower, made of high-quality polyester enameled wire and high voltage insulation material wound around it. The low-voltage coil is inside and the high-voltage coil is outside. The instrument coil is an independent winding, generally 100V. The test transformer is equipped with movable wheels, which have the characteristics of light weight, small size, easy movement, superior performance, and the following features.
1. Voltage, current, time, status information, and prompt information are displayed on a 4.7-inch large LCD screen, with clear and intuitive readings;
2. Simple and clear operation, adaptable to various application scenarios;
3. Light touch button operation, most functions can be set through buttons, improving the safety and reliability of the product;
4. Digital calibration method: abandons the outdated potentiometer adjustment, makes on-site use convenient, and the accuracy is easy to control (this function comes with password protection);
5. The button directly sets the transformation ratio of the test transformer (this function is password protected), which can be flexibly applied when connecting testers of different voltage levels, truly achieving the compatibility of one console/box with multiple transformers;
6. Status reminder function, text guided operation, can be proficiently operated even without instructions;
7. During the experiment, there is a flashing high-voltage symbol on the screen that constantly reminds operators to pay attention to safety;
8. The test result display function can automatically determine the test results (whether the test passes or fails), and can reliably record the voltage of the test sample during overcurrent, flashover, or breakdown;
9. The test result sound alarm function, when the test passes or fails, the equipment will emit different alarm sounds, and the test personnel can directly recognize the test results from the alarm sound;
10. Pause function: During automatic control, this function can pause the voltage rise or fall, and the pause time can be flexibly controlled by the testing personnel for easy observation of the status of the test sample; (Manual console/box does not have this function)
11. Automatic timing function: During automatic control, when the voltage automatically rises to the set value, the equipment automatically starts timing. When the timing time is up, the test results are displayed and the equipment automatically returns to zero position; (Manual console/box does not have this function)
12. Manual timing function: When manually controlled, the timer can be manually started, and when the withstand time is up, the device will automatically return to zero position (only desktop devices have this function);
13. Manual control mode: Similar to traditional electric rise/fall mode, the rise/fall is controlled by buttons, and the equipment automatically determines the upper/lower limit with overvoltage protection;
14. Intelligent control of boost speed: When the voltage reaches 80% of the target voltage, the boost speed will automatically slow down, and when it reaches 90% of the target voltage, the boost speed will further slow down;
15. Adopting a combination of hardware and software anti-interference technology, the performance is stable and the anti-interference ability is strong.
