Profile:

KDCJ-200kV/10kJ is a compact impulse test system with Swiss HAEFELY-style design. It features PLC + fiber-optic control, 1.0GS/s sampling and dual waveform output, ensuring reliable medium-voltage insulation testing.

  • Outputs standard lightning full wave (1.2μs±30%/50μs±20%) and chopped wave (2-6μs)
  • 2-level modular structure with dry-insulated capacitors (1.0μF/100kV), no oil leakage
  • Fiber-optic communication eliminates electromagnetic interference, charging stability ±0.5%
  • Servo-driven discharge gap + automatic polarity switching, synchronization false trip rate <1%
  • 200kV weak damping divider (800pF) with partial response time <100ns
  • KDMS-6000 system + Tektronix oscilloscope for waveform analysis and report generation
  • Automatic grounding system interlocked with control, ensuring operational safety
