A specialized instrument for testing low current residual voltage/leakage current of lightning arresters and zinc oxide resistors with rated voltage of 10kV and below. It integrates DC high voltage power supply, measurement, and control system, and can complete the measurement of U1ma and 0.75U1ma leakage current at once.
